If you're looking for a wet yet soft blue color that shades lovely in a medium nib, this is your color. It's light but not so much so that it isn't legible, rather it is a nice soft touch on paper that satisfied my blue ink addiction jaja. Get a sample, it's wonderful.

The images makes this almost look like a highlighter. The color itself is an average yellow. It does get brighter when it dries but I got nowhere near as much color or brightness as the sample shows. I tested on hobonichi paper
