Fast, flavorful, and fun!

This feels to me like the easiest, fastest, most fun and flavorful of the extension boxes because you'll either have or get easily the ingredients listed on each recipe! The Mediterranean Salad and Chicken Grain Bowls are SO DELICIOUS and healthy. Other favorites include Italian Wedding Soup and Pesto Tortellini Soup. There is something so satisfying and reassuring knowing I can show up and make a meal, even if I forgot to plan or don't have a lot of energy to cook. Great little box!
