Waist too high!

It looks very much as described except the waist was too high. I am a very short person and waist is still very high for me. The tie at the waist is right below my chest which looked like it was made for pregnant women. No issues with the quality and comfort of the material. I guess this does not qualify for a return so I am keeping it.

i have tried multiple times to contact you regarding my order. the dresses you sent are not good quality and are too thin of fabric. i need to return them. how do i arrange for return ? please reply to my email
