Sand Bar Blue Classic Hipster Bottoms

Cute bottoms, but cut and fit are different than previously purchased hipster bottoms

I wanted to love this suit (loved the top), but the Sand Bar hipster bottoms have a slightly different cut and fit than the hipster bottoms I have from a few years back in the Santorini print, (which I love!). These Sand Bar bottoms are slightly higher at the waist, and have a bit less leg/bum coverage (a bit higher cut), so they are more like a bikini bottom, and while the fit seems right (a size up would be too big), the seams cut in more than previously, and the fit is unflattering on me. I was also disappointed because I noticed the material (both top and bottom) was a bit less thick than several suits (which have been great) I have from a few years back— previously the primary material was nylon on all my suits, now its polyester, not sure if this is the difference? Please bring back the previous material and fit! This makes your suits worth the price point!

Cute suit

Gave these a 4 bc they are very nice quality but run a bit small. I wear a 12 & ordered an XL. I would have liked the bottoms to be looser on my waist. The other concern is that after wearing the suit, it has yellow sunscreen stains all over it. Soaking in white vinegar to try to remove.

Bottoms

Love the color and the style of the bottoms. Had 3 kids and unfortunately the bottoms cut at an angle that didn’t do me any favors. However, I have a lean figure so I was surprised by this one.
