Shipping method needs improvement

The item I ordered is great, however I was not notified of when it was shipped like your confirmation email said and the pole was just thrown into a USPS box with no packing material. The box was torn open at the end and crunched up. I was surprised that the item was not damaged.

The best GoPro mounting pole

I’ve used this everywhere and this is my second one. Light weight, easy to carry and extendable when you need a different perspective on video shots. Can’t use it at Disney but, I’ve never had problems anywhere else. Fantastic product.
