Terrible customer service

I would like to say good things but this has been an expensive and frustrating experience. First, they shipped the wrong size. Then I cannot get any answer to my emails for a week asking if they can provide a return shipping label to return for exchange. It is not my fault they read the order wrong. I tried calling , only to get a message to email. Then the email bounced back. I really needed these shoes. I am not sure I would even get a new pair if I mailed them back.I suggest you just order from Amazon. At least if there is a problem you can return free instead of a $25 UPS cost.
