Conventional shilajit is messy and tastes terrible, these capsules give you a convenient alternative, I haven't really felt any effect yet but I can confirm, postage and handling was great, delivery was prompt and quality of packaging was up to standard

Delivery was prompt, packaging was adequate, capsules are convenient, can't really comment on if it does what it claims though. At $2 a pop I'm not sure if I'll purchase more to find out if it doesn't
