When I got this bag, I was absolutely amazed at the quality! The black camo is amazing. Unfortunately, before my first round, I went to pick it up, and this back strap broke. At first I was disappointed. But looking at the strap, this just happens to be a one-off, no big deal, especially because the customer service at Pins &Aces is a Royal flush! They Immediately sent me a new strap. Would definitely recommend this bag and company.! Thanks Pins &Aces
