Good build quality and battery life, and enough speed and torque to keep things exciting. On top of that, their customer support team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I reached out with some questions.

Happy Parent
Bought this for my 13-year-old and I’m impressed. Assembly was straightforward, the bike feels solid, and it has more than enough power for trail riding and open dirt lots. Most important—my son loves it and is outside riding every chance he gets.

It’s not the fastest bike I’ve ever ridden but I was able to reach the top speed with no problem. The display is mostly okay, but it’s kind of hard to tell when the battery level gets low. I just charge the bike after each ride, but that’s something to think about if you’re planning on taking this somewhere remote.
