I take this in the morning with the Ultimate Shilajit. My energy levels are much better. I’ve subscribed because I honestly love it. I’m 70ish by the way.

I have a subscription in place for this Berberine product because it has improved my regularity immensely! I had tried many different strains of probiotics with little result. Then I tried Berberine and have been feeling great (and regular) going on two years. Sometimes, I skip taking supplements every day for awhile, except this one!

Works well

This works well . My feet don't tingle as much and my Dr. Says my blood sugar is stable. I have been taking it for almost a year. This is a keeper
