Very good stitching and quality. I'm 5'7 and 185 lbs and got a size medium, and I can definitely notice a bit of a tight squeeze around the chest, but should work out well for some competitive rolls where that kind of fit is desirable. Overall I'm very pleased with this product

i has ordered the short sleeve and received the long sleeve, nonetheless, very comfortable rash guard and received compliments from the dudes at my gym during no gi night.
