Ear Lobe Latch
The earrings are beautiful, but the part that goes into your ear lobe (arguably the most important part as it makes or breaks the wearability) is cut too large and jagged. It’s not smooth like in this picture.

Packaging
The earrings were stuck in the fabric. Not easy to take out. Maybe wrapping the earrings in some tissue paper and a little larger bag will help.
