Black garlic has a great smell, taste in the mouth, after taste great for marinades great for dipping great for spaghetti

This one is new to me. Great flavor. Not the hottest, which is usually something really important to me. A bit watery too, definitely on the thin side. I may be thinking of it more as a marinade. But the combo of the balsamic, garlic, and habanero is tasty indeed.
