Week 7 and still not shipped

If I had known it would take this long to order I wouldn’t have. FAQs say 6 weeks. Nowhere else did I see that. Now on week 7 and still awaiting item. Ordered on October 16. It’s now December 5 and still hasn’t shipped. Crazy.
