Poor Quality/Fit and Customer Service

I received and tried on the dress as soon as it arrived. It was made of a very thin, rigid material and the shape of the bottom part was morphed. It was also not true to size - exceptionally larger. I contacted customer service and they were not understanding or helpful. They did not offer any options for a size exchange, store credit or return. Will not be purchasing from them again. Very disappointed!
