Problem with charger using a 36v/6ah battery

I'm waiting to hear back from them regarding my discovery that the charger won't charge a 6ah battery. It works for the an old 5ah. Only discovered this when the replacement arrived. My 6ah was fully charged with a borrowed charger. So I tested it with the 5ah. Having returned the first one; believing it to be faulty. The replacement was sent swiftly. Nothing on website or instructions(in box) about the ah rating.
