Never got my order

I emailed them about 4 times and never got a response and still never received my package, I would like to know what happened to it or a full refund.

Broken

I got three bracelets and a esclava and two necklaces. The esclava broke I only wore it once and the clasp of the necklace doesn’t work the necklace just falls off my neck
