xToolCare for P2 (not for P2S)

I have an issue with a stepper motor. Just getting the runaround. Has been weeks now. Saying please be patient. Many people reporting exact same scenario for issues with their machines. This warranty makes no difference. Will only communicate via email. Very upsetting after spending thousands.

Still learning but love the P2!!

So far, so good. I am a graphic designer by trade but new to laser engraving. Still learning but really impressed with the P2. The XTool facebook community has been amazing in helping me learn my way. I am also very pleased with the XTool customer service, my questions are answered quickly. Can’t wait to see what I can create. Highly recommend!!!
