I love the look, but not the quality

Purchased the home in August 2022, and put this flooring in entire home except the bathrooms. I was hoping we wouldn't have problems already, but we have had to replace several in a room with mold underneath. The edges are not seamless and can snag on something and break off. Several scratches. If something heavier drops on it, it will crack. It's cracked and broken off in my husband's office where his office chair is. He weighs less than 200 pounds and his chair has wheels. It was recommended by a professional installer which is why we went with it.
