JisuLife Neck Fan Pro1

I have purchased several JisuLife neck fans in the past and loved them, but this "Pro1" model is a massive disappointment and a legitimate safety hazard. First and foremost, this fan pulls and sucks in hair. Even with my wife Nancy’s hair completely tied up and secured, the device still managed to catch and pull it. This is a severe design flaw that their older, cheaper models simply do not have. On top of the safety issues, the device is surprisingly loud, and the airflow is significantly weaker than their standard 5000 mAh version. To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly deceptive. When I tried to return the fans due to these safety defects, they blamed it on "normal usage," classified it as a "personal preference" return, and demanded I pay the exorbitant shipping costs to send it back to their warehouse in China. They then tried to trap me with a 15% to 25% partial refund to make me go away. Save your money. Do not buy this "Pro" version.

The fans output is disappointing, the fans noises are harsh and bad frequency which is irritating. It jostles the fan when in movement and produces those noises.
