Haifa Hazelnut

The first time I brewed a pot of the Haifa Hazelnut, you could smell the wonderful aroma throughout the house. Not only was the smell amazing, so was the coffee itself. I’m definitely going to be ordering more of this delicious coffee!!!

Great flavor-- I like add a bit to Jerusalem Sunrise for a hint of hazelnut in my morning coffee. On the downside: I specifically ordered whole bean-- your ground version is too fine and leaves sludge in the cup from my percolator, so I prefer grinding it courser myself. The order confirmation came back 'ground', so I immediately sent a message and after trying to change it on line, attempted to cancel the order. I ended up paying for and receiving 2 bags of ground Hazelnut. I had to give them away because I can't use them. Between your website not cooperating and no one following up messages, your customer service falls far below the excellent products you sell. My wife spent 2+ years living on Kibbutz Beit Oren: we fully support your mitzvot mission, but your operations are really putting a damper on our spirit.

I love the flavor of Iron Dome Haifa Hazelnut. It is so smooth. The coffee is delivered quickly. I also like that I am able to support Israel.
