Nāpali Passion Fruit - Large Jar Candle

I was really excited to buy this new scent. I love anything passion fruit and had just returned from the NaPali Coast when I purchased it. Sadly this is a big let down from what I am used to from Voluspa candles. While there is a nice scent if you smell the wax directly before lighting the candle, there is no scent while burning. My partner comes home from work and always comments on how good it smells when I'm burning other candles like Baltic Amber, Goji Tarocco, Mediterranean Lemon, etc etc. This one has zero affect on the smell in my home and when I blow it out there's an unpleasant wax smell that actually does permeate the room. I'm giving two stars because of the nice smell while unlit and the pretty pink design, but really it's a dud for me.

Reminds me of the tropics, especially Hawaii
