Poor After-Sales Communication

The item I received had a defect, and I contacted customer service on 7 June regarding the issue. I replied to their email and provided the requested information, but did not receive a response. After waiting for over a week, I sent a follow-up email on 17 June. Unfortunately, I still have not received any update regarding whether a refund or replacement will be provided. This is particularly disappointing because I previously experienced an issue with a missing item in my order and only received assistance after opening a PayPal dispute. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, timely communication and after-sales support are important. I hope the company can improve its customer service and response times in the future.

Bought a second pair

I had to get a second pair of these leggings because I was wearing them everyday and never getting a day to wash them! Great pants for the cold weather months. The material is pretty stretchy. I have long legs and they are a good length and do not leave my ankles exposed.

I was worried about the sizing small 8-12 im a 10 but the sizing is great. These are so comfy and warm. Love them 😊
