Contoured Wool Blend Felt Saddle Pad

Really good support on my horse! I got this saddle pad 2 weeks ago and i’m already in live with it! This doesnt slip all over the place and really good on my horses back fits her very nicely!!

I normally purchase the 5 Star contoured saddle pads and thought I would try the Weaver to compare. This is a nice enough pad, but it doesn't seem to relieve pressure at the withers as well as the 5 Star. I dont know if this makes sense, but it seems the leather strap across the top front of the pad causes it to hug the top of the withers instead of giving relief there. You cannot pull this up into the gullet of your saddle. The contour is less pronounced overall.
