I bought these buffer bands in 100 and 180 grit for my builder gel services to help reduce pressure on my hands as I have arthritis and I love them! Its taking a while to get used to them as they are quite large but they definitely help and I will be re-purchasing them.

These and the 100 grit are amazing for removing final remnants of gel from the natural nail. Just keep lifting it, it generates a lot of heat even at 3-5 RPM
