Overall a Good Experience

I think that the customer service was good. I originally went to the store to try to do a return on my purchase so that I could take advantage of the holiday sale. One of the employees gave me a very difficult time with it, but eventually we worked something out. I think it would have been better for him to aim to please the customer instead of trying to maximize on profit. That process was a little disappointing, but I’m still a loyal customer.

This is an amazing pair of shoes with top of the line craftsmanship. I debated spending the extra money on this company but now feel very confident that I got the best I could and I wouldn’t recommend looking anywhere else.
