Cute but damaged

I ordered these and one other style of diaper. After opening, I noticed a cut in the diaper where it looked like someone had sliced the diaper with a knife. The packaging looked fine so I think the cut must have happened before they shipped the diaper. Reached out to customer support but still haven't heard back. Pretty dissapointing as this is my first order with them.
