Over Cooked Ash

Love the product, but I ordered two, one carbon and one ash, but the ash arrived black. I guess it got over cooked. The bigger disappointment was I wrote customer service and received a reply that they would get back to me, but I never heard back. Therefore, I cannot give 5 stars. Customer service dropped the ball.

Good skullcap, but the elastic needs some work.
