Maple & Raspberry Energy Gels – Box of 24

5 star gel- 1 star service

Gel quality is amazing and I love them. No issues there. However it took more than two weeks to get my gels. I ordered them and paid for 3-5 day shipping on Feb 18th and on Feb 26th I asked for an update on my order. They got back to me the next day and said they didn’t stock one of the gels anymore which was why they hadn’t shipped my order. I asked them to send the box with just the other gels since I was desperately in need of more for my race. 3 days later (March 2nd) they said the box had shipped and that they were “expediting the order”. My box was delivered on March 6th. My race was on the 7th but I had already left home before that so these didn’t make it. When I opened the box, it had all of the gels in it (including the ones that they “no longer stock”). I’m very disappointed in the quality of service because these are my favorite gels and I would love to keep supporting this business but I guess I’ll have to buy them from The Feed since I know they’ll get delivered on time that way. These are the only gels I’ve found that I love the flavor of and don’t upset my stomach. 5 stars for gel quality. 1 star for customer service.
