Great experience from purchase to use

Great machine. Grinds are very consistent and not clumpy. Retention is near zero. Looks great and love the smallish footprint. Sellers system was seamless with adequate communication. Didn’t really need to buy the shipping insurance but I did since it was coming from Canada to the US. Reasonable enough for peace of mind. Received the machine in great shape and as described. I would by from them again.

Game changer

Went from barista express built in grinder to this. It is quiet and very consistent. I have no problem keeping my shots dialled now. I’m very happy with my decision.

This grinder can do a great job on my espresso and coffee. Enjoying using it everyday, it's a work horse and much faster than my previous DF54.
