Delivery team was careful, helpful, professional, punctual. Bed was really well packaged and protected. Straightforward to put together. It's heavy to manoeuvre because it's proper solid wood. If you're building it single-handed you might want someone to help hold the other end. It's an elegant design that looks really good.
