I think the shirts seem fine, as expected but didn't love the either passive-aggressive packaging or just hostile expecting me to return things. I haven't returned anything or challenged anything so "Thank you for your purchase! For any future product claims, we kindly ask you to record a short video while unpacking your package as proof of condition on arrival" seems like they don't trust their own product. Edit to add I changed the rating after a conversation with Nate. Shirts rock, packaging is iffy but he is aware.

There is a minor issue with wrinkles, but it’s not so bad that I’m unhappy with the product.

So nice, had to buy twice. Sent in a smaller size for FIL Christmas
