Overall it's a nice generator! The remote start and push button start is nice. The only issue I had was installing the ground cable that's left off during shipment. You either have to have it up high or on the side or laying on the ground to reattach it. The recessed pocket terminals for the battery make it a little difficult to thread the small battery cable bolt. These issues are minor but carpal tunnel issues makes it harder for me. I would definitely recommend these generators. It is not an actual 15 KW load generator...just surge rated to 15 KW. Running watts under a load is about 12 KW...less if propane is used.

Arrived quickly, easy to use, enough power for my whole house including central air conditioning!
