A+ customer service

I can’t really speak to their effectiveness, but they get 5 stars from me for customer service alone. I emailed them to let them know the footrest had arrived but the spacers hadn’t, and I had both a reply and a tracking number later that day. They arrived so quickly and everyone has been so kind and helpful.
