Footeez Roller

Really effective with my Plantar Fascitis I’ve struggled with PF for years. I’ve bought all sorts of devices and strapping and shoes and orthotics, seen all manner of therapists & yet it still hangs around. This roller is the most effective of this type of therapy that I’ve used. I use it daily while ‘brushing my teeth’ as a reminder to do it regularly. The curved shape works well with my feet. It’s firm yet the hollow core allows it to give a little and that seems to be the perfect amount of tension to be helpful. 10/10, highly recommend it.
