Sayles & Co. OBSESSION

Received empty open package. Contacted company and they asked for pictures of packaging. Sent picture and follow up email and received less than desirable follow up communications. I eventually received a partial refund. Why am i stuck paying for shipping when the shipping was the issue?? Customer service and making things right doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Disappointed completely doesn’t have a strong smell it smells watered down. I’ll be sending a buyer beware. On all their IG and other social media posts
