Hi there, just following up on the bellow. I have not received a response in over a week. Can you please respond to my email or give me another method of contacting you to arrange a refund for the misleading product you sold to me. The item I have received only has the black a red cables coming from the battery and no 18v to 12v converter connected. The description in your specifications on the add where I purchased clearly says this is to power your 12 volt items and this only provides the 18volts directly from the battery with no step down to 12 volt. Please see your description from your website - Product Description About the Product: Available in three colors: Blue (Makita), Red (Milwaukee), and Yellow (DeWalt). This power adapter connects to your tool battery and provides red and black power cables for easy connection to various 12V devices, such as LED lights, small fans, or switches. Comes with an inbuilt 30 amp fuse integrated into the positive (red) cable for additional protection. Product Description: The Multi-Brand Power Adapter is the perfect solution for tradies and outdoor enthusiasts who want to power 12V devices without the hassle of installing a full 12V system. Designed to work with your existing Makita, Milwaukee, or DeWalt batteries, this adapter gives you the flexibility to run lights, small fans, or other 12V accessories with ease. Its durable design, coupled with the safety of an inbuilt 30 amp fuse, makes it ideal for both job sites and outdoor adventures. I only realized this after I had cut the end of the Anderson style plug off the end and tested with a multi meter. Can I please arrange getting a full refund as this product doesn’t step the voltage down from 18 to 12 like the ads clearly stated. Kind regards, James Marshall. image.png
