Battery Converter to Cables

Hi there, just following up on the bellow. I have not received a response in over a week. Can you please respond to my email or give me another method of contacting you to arrange a refund for the misleading product you sold to me. I only realized this after I had cut the end of the Anderson style plug off the end and tested with a multi meter.
