Nice material, sizing way off

I have loved all my Hey Harper jewelry and heard great things about the swimwear so was very excited for this bikini. The color is beautiful; however, the material was extremely tight/rigid, and the suit was extremely small. I'd specifically made sure to take my measurements and ordered a size up to be safe, and I couldn't even get the bottoms on. Very disappointed that the product didn't match the description.
