Ultra Premium Rose Balsamic Vinegar and Basil Oil and Great Combination

My favourite way of using ultra premium rose balsamic vinegar is in combination with basil infused oil on a salad with tomatoes. Basil oil and tomatoes are are great combination and the ultra premium rose balsamic vinegar provides the perfect note of sweetness and acidity to complement these flavours.
