White Sage + Lavender Reed Diffuser

I have used these diffusers many times, and they are wonderful. I have always bought them at the actual shop, but this time I had them sent to me in Texas. They arrived on a day when the temperatures were close to 100degrees. The bottles arrived late in the day and clearly had been sitting in a hot truck all day. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the bottles of oil were very hot to the touch. They are not emitting any scent—unlike all the times I have had them in the past—so I believe the product was seriously compromised by the exposure to heat during shipping. Very upsetting as I can’t use them now.
