This cable pairs perfectly with the IER-Z1R. Firstly, it offers a significantly enhanced low-frequency response, providing just the right amount of volume without compromising the midrange performance. It adds more sweetness to vocals, preventing them from sounding dull. As I primarily listen to pop music, I haven't noticed a substantial difference in the high-frequency performance, but overall, it sounds fantastic, thanks to the sufficiently low background noise.
