I have used these things to death. I don’t remember my original footswitch but i do remember it being a Gem. Just like these

Great foot switch. Only one used by the guys at our shop. They recommended it too me. They use it for active use. While I just toggle on/off. Super responsive foot pedal. Takes barely a tap too activate. Would be very comfy for continuous use if I did that. Nice and heavy, doesn’t move unless you move it.
