We love Vital Essentials and use them every day for dog treats. We were sad to learn that the crunchy bite protein mix in's were discontinued, but use these instead. Love your products. !!! So does our dog. Easy to carry. Just the right size. Does not get oily (like hot dogs). Thank you!

I love the food but the service has room for improvement

I had to check in after 3+ days to get an order confirmation. Then the address on the order was wrong and I wasn’t notified vial email - found out about it when I checked the tracking number. I called in with logistic to correct the address. In between I checked in with customer service and never got a response after the order confirmation. Long story short - it took 2+ weeks to get the food with several interactions and no making up for the mess.

It arrived sealed and I am storing it. It looks fine. Thank you.
