Very Responsive Customer Service!

Great product, and great customer service. They immediately reached out to me when I placed my order to make sure that I purposely didn't add a name to the blanket, so that I could add it if I had forgotten. When arrival was delayed and I thought it may have been lost in transit (not their fault, just long transit time over the holidays), they apologized and offered to ship a replacement ASAP. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Also, the blanket itself is high quality and very soft, and the kids love them.
