I ordered this belt last about 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately it came with a faulty screw. Within 24h of my feedback, Andy and Kate had emailed me and mailed a replacement set of screws for my lever. I highly appreciate their customer service, their commitment to customers and helpfulness! I love my glittery belt. Thanks!
