Phenomenal customer service! 2xsr representatives were incredibly quick in responding to any questions I had before I made the purchase - and they even followed up with me after I bought it. The ruck is very rugged and I am impressed with the build quality. The system itself is practical because it allows me to adjust the weights incrementally without having to buy different plates. The multi-purpose design of the ruck system allows for it to be used in wide range of applications from daypack to weighted ruck to functional strength training. Compared with other rucking systems on the market, 2xsr is more versatile and cost-effective. I cannot say enough good things about this rucking system and the people who sold it to me!
