I can actually tell the difference ! I love the product, I can really tell the difference in my day when I dont add it to my routine. 'Also Chat GPT said the source of the vitamins and product ingredients was a Very good choice as opposed to good choice for other supplements I take. I actually get upset if I cant find one or I am out. HOOKED. =) alia

Other products contains better ingredients - Milk Thistle, etc.

Absorbs well.

My husband can't stand the smell but it's the best for me because I have issues with absorbing nutrients. I drink it every day and once it's mixed with water I divide between two other water bottles, fill all three with water, and I drink it slowly through the day in hopes the results are better and less likely to get peed out. Other powders with sugar don't seem to work as well.
