Love this pre-workout!
I really like the flavour of this pre-workout! It’s not too sickly sweet and sour like some other brands. It also dissolves really well. Only thing was the seal didn’t seal properly, so I put it in a jar to keep it air tight. Would definitely buy again tho!

Pre
I train at 98 gym, I tried one block without any pre and I didn’t hit any of my PB’s.
I’m trying it again with the block leading into Christmas and I notice a big difference with my strengthens training. Have that little bit more in the tank for those heavy sets

True PRE workout
This is by far the best PRE workout I've used. So gentle on my stomach and no jitters like so many others. Couldn't start my training without this!!!
