I am on week four now and have to force myself to rest on my two days off. I really enjoy the feeling of brotherhood that I get from this entire experience. I feel stronger each day and definitely see the difference. Without knowing it, I stumbled on exactly what I needed with this ripstick and the courses, (which is key). Thank you so much for sharing.
