A small 10 to 15 second lag to actually start up maps etc otherwise very good

For the most part, I like this CarPlay adapter, but it seems to have some difficulty staying connected in my 2018 Grand Cherokee. I have tried it in 2 different USB ports, having the same results. When it’s connected, it works good. But it tends to restart at random times while driving. The USB ports are in an enclosure under the radio where the adapter is not disturbed. I keep hoping for this situation to improve, but so far it hasn’t.
